Activity Based Cost Accounting
Definition:
An accrual-based accounting method for determining unit-based costs of delivering services by allocating the costs to budgetary resources; it measures the performance and costs related to a specific activity or function.
Joint Application
Definition:
An application in which the invention is presented as that of two or more persons. Such as joint inventor.
Priority Watch List
Definition:
Official U.S. designation that describes the level of intellectual property problems in a given country; countries having serious intellectual property problems, but not serious enough to be labeled Priority Foreign Country.
Automated Clearing House
Definition:
A nationwide batch-oriented electronic funds transfer system governed by the NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association).
